How does the application process work?
Applications are submitted through our website at https://admission-nit.effii.app/application, where you will need to provide relevant information and documentation. Successful candidates are then offered admission through mail, and a deadline is provided to them to accept the admission offer.
When should I apply for a study program?
Applications to NIT can be submitted year-round. It is acceptable to apply if you have not yet received your higher education entrance qualification (for bachelor's studies) or your bachelor’s degree certificate (for master’s studies). Submit these documents during the application process.
Do I need to give the SATs to fulfil admission requirements?
No, the SAT result is optional to attach in your admission application.
I already have a Bachelor's degree, can I apply for another Bachelor's programme?
Yes, you are eligible to apply if you already have a Bachelor’s degree. However, please note that admission will be granted based on the evaluation of your secondary and undergraduate education.
What is the application fee and how can it be submitted?
A fee voucher of PKR 7,500 will be generated through the admission application once the candidates submits all the admission-related information and documentation. Candidates must make the payment and submit a screenshot of the receipt in the Document Upload section of the admission application.
What documents would I need to complete my admission application?
Candidates need original and updated educational results for their secondary-level education, as well as their personal identification documents. Candidates will also be required to submit one letter of recommendation and a personal statement.
I have not received my A level/Intermediate/equivalent results yet. How will this impact my admission?
Admissions are offered on a conditional basis based on the analysis of the admission application. Students receiving conditional admission must fulfill the final result requirements specified by the university at the time of admission offers.

Can I take credit hours from NIT while studying at another university?
