Dr. Sidra Naseem

​Dr. Sidra Naseem is an academic and researcher with over seven years of experience in academia, blending teaching expertise, research insight, and administrative acumen. She holds a PhD in Management from Putra Business School, Universiti Putra Malaysia (AACSB accredited). Her research interests include diversity, equity and inclusion, human resource management, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and the role of artificial intelligence in business education, with work presented at leading international conferences. She reviews for the Academy of Management (USA), British Academy of Management (UK), European Academy of Management (UK), and the South Asian Journal of Human Resource Management (SAJHRM-SAGE). She has served at renowned universities, including an administrative role at Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) and as Research Associate at Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), and is a Certified Entrepreneurial Coach under the TAKEUP project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union (EU) in collaboration with Saarland University (Germany), Athens University of Economics and Business (Greece), and LUMS (Pakistan).
