Eligibility criteria
Citizenship & admission
- Must be a citizen of Pakistan
- Must have secured, or be in the process of securing, admission to an eligible NIT undergraduate program
Academic requirements
- Completed higher secondary education (Matric + Intermediate, A Levels, IB, or equivalent)
- No educational gap between qualifications
- Minimum 80% marks or 3.0 GPA equivalent
- Top national or provincial performers given preference
Leadership & activities
- National or provincial competitions & summits
- Sports at institutional or regional level
- Debating, MUNs and public speaking
- Youth leadership, community service or social initiatives
Evidence of extracurricular participation strengthens an application but is not mandatory. The scholarship is open to students in any NIT undergraduate discipline.

- Confirmed or pending NIT undergraduate admission
- Academic transcripts & certificates
Matric / O Level and Intermediate / A Level / IB / equivalent - CNIC or B Form
- Personal Essay
Max 1,000 words; “What does a thriving Pakistan look like to you, and what stands between where you are today and that vision?”
- Two letters of recommendation
Academic or professional referees; not family members - 90 Second Pitch
“Why I am the perfect fit for this program”; recorded in person, MP4/MOV, max 100MB - Evidence of extracurricular achievements
Optional but recommended
All submissions must be original and written in your own words. AI generated or AI assisted content in the personal essay or pitch will result in disqualification.
