Dr. Mehr Farhan Cheema
Dr. Mehr Farhan Cheema is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management Sciences, National Institute of Technology (NIT). She obtained her Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour and Strategy from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). She also completed her Master’s in Marketing from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
Her research focuses on critical workplace issues, including employee wellbeing, diversity management, inclusion, human resource management, organizational inequality and emotional labour. She has also presented her research in various international conferences, such as the Academy of Management (AOM), European Academy of Management (EURAM) and the British Academy of Management (BAM). She also acts as a reviewer for different international journals. Before her transition to academia, Dr. Mehr worked in marketing roles with various renowned companies. She has also previously taught at LUMS, allowing her to bring her industry, teaching and research expertise to NIT.
