Dr. Mohammad Ali Haider Chauhan is an accomplished academic and business professional with over two decades of international and national experience across education, corporate strategy, and quality management. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore, and an MBA in Management from the University of West Georgia, USA. He is known for his dynamic approach to teaching and his commitment to student development. His teaching philosophy centers on transforming real-world experiences into meaningful classroom engagement, advocating the belief that “Education is not memorization of facts; it is learning of the mind to think.” Dr. Chauhan has a rich background in international business operations, operations and developed entrepreneurial ventures across diverse industries. His corporate leadership also includes Project management and Analyst roles in Lucent Technologies, Agere Systems. In Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, where he led quality assurance and international liaison initiatives.
A certified trainer from IKL Dubai, Dr. Chauhan has designed and delivered numerous training programs in international communication, quality management, change management, and organizational development for both academic and corporate audiences. His research interest focuses on leadership, entrepreneurship, service culture, and social impact. Dr. Chauhan is also a Rotarian at the Rotary Club of Lahore Model Town and a proud alumnus of the Georgia Rotary Student Program—a prestigious ambassadorial scholarship. His work continues to bridge academia with industry, creating value-driven impact in the areas of education, innovation, and global business strategy.
